Golden Melody Award-winning Taiwan singer-songwriter Julia Peng has kept a rather low profile in recent years, and she has not released an album since her greatest hits collection in 2002. Late in 2009 she is finally making a full comeback with her long-awaited new works. Her first album in seven years, What Women Say assembled an exciting team of Mando-pop's top musicians such as Kay Huang, Sandee Chan, Vincent Fang, Yan Yun Nong, and Chyi Chin. The album serves up 10 new Julia numbers sung in her evolved vocal style, including the main plug "Departure", the golden songwriting duo Chen Hsiao Hsia and Daryl Yao's "Inseparable", and the Teresa Teng cover "Thousands of Words".
